What's New
We've added the ability for billing managers to pause and cancel subscriptions directly from the dashboard.
Pause Subscription
You can pause your subscription for up to 6 months. When you restart, your billing date resets based on the pause duration. Multiple pauses are permitted as long as your total pause time remains under 6 months. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.
Cancel Subscription
We understand cancellations happen. If you do decide to cancel, we'd love to hear your feedback at [email protected].

How It Works
- Navigate to the Billing area of the dashboard
- Select the subscription you want to manage
- Click the Manage button at the top left
This opens a modal that guides you through the process.
Important: Subscriptions cannot have active sites to be paused or cancelled.
