We've added a new feature that simplifies subscription management. You can now remove plans from your subscriptions directly in the Levamo dashboard, without contacting support.
What's New?
Plan removal is now available directly within the Billing section of the Levamo dashboard.
How It Works
Before removing a plan, make sure it has no active site associations. To remove a plan:
- Navigate to Billing > View subscription
- Review which plans have sites assigned
- Click the Remove plan icon on the far right to proceed with removal
